I purchased this for my Mother who has severe back problems and she absolutely loves it. It was easy to put together and very sturdy. The remote is easy to see and understand. When in motion, the bed is quiet and smooth. We attached her headboard to the wall and it looks great - no need for a new bed to accommodate the frame. I slept in it a couple nights and it is only a matter of time before I get this for our bedroom.

I had an issue with my adjustable bed. They were easy and quick to work with. Everything was remedied quickly through email which was my preferred manner of contact.

It was easy for me to assemble because I have a mechanical background. The directions are pictures with very few words. This may be confusing or hard for some people.

The directions are confusing it’s seems to be pretty good we bought it for my 65 old aunt who had hard time getting out of bed

I can't give this 5 stars. I am a home bound senior that spends most of my time in bed. The frame just isn't what I expected. The top corner is slightly lower and the mattress keeps sliding over the rail making me slowly slide to the edge. If I fall off I won't be able to get up. So every day I am pushing the mattress over or getting help when I can't.

I was extremely excited when I ordered this new platform and mattress. While the ordeal is finely over, it was a difficult time without a bed for an extended period. Angi canceled the install at the last minute and rescheduled for 4 days later. The installer determined that the platform couldn’t be assembled as a part was missing. When I contacted Walmart I was told that the dealer might not supply the missing piece and I may need to return it. I was able to complete the assembly myself and it was clear the installer had not read the instructions.

There was a part missing and control panel will not operate one of the motors. We know it is the control board because we switch the motor and it works one the one that was not working but the motor that worked was now not working. It was for the left head motor.
