Really nice translation ear phones. They are comfortable enough and fit well. There isn’t a lot of background noise. The touchscreen is a nice feature. I was very surprised to find the app has an ongoing free subscription. I’d recommend this set. It helps me communicate with my boyfriend’s traditional grandmother while also trying to learn with my nephew who recently enrolled in college in Italy. Worth it.
Hey, sounds great. I love the question function and the backyard that has like a little mini game with the translators and all the other stuff. It was well worth the money.
these are great. their app has a lifelong free subscription and it has many different ways for them to translate. also the touch screen is very helpful.
Good sound quality. They fit very well and don't slip when worn while working out. Bluetooth connectivity is easy and quick. Has a long battery life last all day long. Can translate several different languages both spoken in person or over the phone/computer.
my grandson loves these. this is the second pair i got him. the first was lost. since he raved about it, j bought a pair for myself.
The only thing i dislike is the translation feature, where you need to download an app. downloading the app is good and the features. The only thing is that it sometimes can't pick up the sound(languages being spoken) so it does translate correctly and to use this the app needs to be open.
HTC NE20 Translation Bluetooth Earbuds – “Just Okay” I’ve been using the HTC NE20 Translation Bluetooth Earbuds for a little while now, and overall I’d say the product is just okay. They’re not terrible, but they don’t really stand out either. Sound Quality: The audio is decent but nothing impressive. Music and calls are clear enough, but the bass and overall richness feel a bit flat compared to other earbuds in the same price range. Translation Feature: The translation function works, but it’s not as smooth or accurate as advertised. It handles simple phrases reasonably well, but anything more complex tends to get mixed results. Fit %26 Comfort: They fit comfortably for short sessions, but after extended wear they can feel a bit awkward or loose depending on movement. Battery Life: Battery life is average—good enough for normal daily use, but not exceptional. Connectivity: Pairing is easy, and the connection is mostly stable, though I did experience the occasional dropout. Overall: If you need basic earbuds with a translation feature and aren’t expecting premium performance, the HTC NE20s get the job done. However, for the price, there are more polished options available. I’d rate them around 3 out of 5 stars—usable, but nothing remarkable.
These earbuds are great for listening to music. They connect really easily and the sound quality is solid for everyday use. Music sounds clear and I’ve had no issues with pairing or disconnects. The live translation feature does work, but it’s a bit slow—about a 5 second delay behind real time. It’s usable, but not instant like advertised. I really like being able to control everything directly from the charging case, which makes them convenient to use. Overall, good earbuds for music and basic use, but the translation feature is more of a bonus than a real-time solution.
I cannot get it to download and work, probably because I’m 65 and don’t know how to do all this stuff. But I’m still trying and I might find somebody soon to help me to work make it work otherwise it’s awesome. It’s cute that earbuds fit. I’m just waiting to get it to work.
Instructions on how to use is not very clear. Bought to use for translation and I thought with AI involved it wouldn’t be so difficult to use, but sometimes things are more difficult than they appear.
