HTC VIVE XR Elite Virtual Reality Headset with Controllers

So I bought this headset originally to replace my quest 2 because I wanted a VIVE headset but something still standalone. I had heard bad about the headset but I hear bad about devices and stuff all the time and I end up liking them so I thought I'd get it and try it. Plus it has face tracking and I play vrchat a lot so I figured why not. Worst mistake ever. So first off, the graphics were HORRIBLE. I'm talking worse than the quest 2. You would think for a $1,000 headset that it would have better graphics right? Wrong. Also I don't know if this is just a me thing but the face tracking was also horrible. So on top of that $1,000 dollars you have to spend 200 on the face tracking module which is junk. The glasses adjustment isn't exactly friendly to everyone. I have to wear glasses and I tried the adjusters and they wouldn't work for me. On top of that, if you want to connect 3.0 trackers to the headset, I believe it is way more complicated than if you just buy the trackers for it, which is a shame because I already had the 3.0 trackers. The controllers were way too big and bulky. And then when I went to return it, THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME AND SAY I SENT BACK A DEFECTED ITEM. They ended up giving me the money back in the end but they were not very kind about it. 3/10 for customer service. 5/10 for the headset alone. Seems like a lot of money for some junk. Sticking to the quest. Probably will update to a quest pro.
