I decided to change things up and try these Pre-measured water soluble pods in place of the regular granules. They are pre-measured which makes using them so much easier and less of a mess. They come in a convenient resealable bag that is so nice. I've been adding these to our pool for over a month now and no more complaints from my kids and the ph level in my pool has balanced out perfectly.

I love that this chemical comes in pod forms so that I don't have to worry about measuring or getting the right amount. It just drops in pool skimmer and works very accurately. I tested my water before the rain the other night and then again a couple day later. The test strips indicated I need help on the ph levels so I added a couple of pods and within a day my water was back to good.

This is so convenient, I just throw in one at each end of the pool. It gives you the right amount of pH increaser, it raised the pH of my swimming pool water; it also increased my total alkalinity. The sanitizer especially worked more effectively and helped reduce the erosion on my pool equipment. I would definitely recommend these pods, they're so convenient and effective.

The loose granules are cheaper. There is no benefit to the "pod" and it tends to clump
