Works great, I didn't cover my pool over last winter so it was extremely nasty, after removing all the large debris and adding shock and algicide the water was like trying to look thru milk, added an entire bottle and shut my pump off for two days, and all the dead algae was settled to the bottom, ready to be vacuumed to waste..
This is a last resort hail mary that should work every time. I struggled for almost a month with cloudy water and acceptable chem balance. Put this stuff in following the directions. and I could see the bottom after 24 hours. The only downfall is that you lose a ton of water when you vacuum to waste.
It works great. Pour the recommended amount in and let pump run for 2 hours and wait 24 hours and turn pump to waste and then vacuum up .
It worked though it doesnt do exactly what it says - the product does not 'drop' to the bottom of the pool - it clusters and hangs in globules throughout the water
Cheap but didn't work as good as other brands
Chemicals were in check except for the fact that I had some dead leave debris creating a fog or haze. I used this product and some dead leaves fluted to the top. I cleaned out the skimmer basket and bottom of pool and still the water had a cloudy haze to it even after a day or two. Disappointing!
Don't waste your money! I already have 2 days waiting for it to work!!! The water is still green! It hasn't drop. I bought it because it said it would work overnight but it doesn't! Idk if the amount is even correct because I put 8oz per 10,000 gallon (my pool is less) n Im already stressed out that I want to put all the bottle! To see if it works like that
Didn't work as advertised. Followed the directions completely. Doubled the dose the second I used it. Still did nothing. All chemicals were balanced per 6 in 1 test strip. Shocked before using. Water was very cloudy, but still it should have had some effect.
I ordered clorene and received the pictured item instead. I don't even know what this stuff is or does! Terrible terrible.
We used double what we were supposed to and it didn't drop the particles. Completely worthless, waste of money.
