Originally purchased a certain branded press that only did mugs. While it works wonderfully, I wanted to be able to do tumblers and larger mugs. This works PERFECTLY for all of that and for normal mugs, making the other purchase obsolete. I have this press, the mini manual press and the auto press all from this brand and am very pleased with all three. Hands down, it is worth the bit extra for each over other brands for not only the convenience but for the fact that with all three they can do exceptionally more than the other brand's "single purpose" presses.
This is the best cup press I’ve used. It takes a little getting used to when using bigger mugs, but for regular tumblers and mugs it does exceptional. Very pleased
There are some spots in the machine that cause ghosting on the blanks which has caused me to lose the ability to utilize over 20 cups.
This heat press is so easy to use and lightweight. Highly recommend for those beginning to do tumblers.
I’m so glad I finally upgraded my press. I love that I don’t have to worry about adjusting for different size cups as well

I haven't given this a decent test yet but so far I like it. The quality is there for sure. However, there is a problem for me..... The included User Manual is very skimpy and uninformative. Maybe it's me, I'm almost 80 yrs. old but I think I'm pretty sharp and I don't get much help from this book at all. Also, I bought it for use with mugs but they aren't mentioned at all in the manual only tumblers. I'm hoping to find some instructions on the web but if not I'll have to wing it until I get it right. I love that it gives an even press only reason I’m giving 4 stars is I wish you didn’t have to rotate your 20 skinny tumblers. So easy to use and the set up is just plug up and take off plastic.
Works great- makes colors pop consistently each time. The one thing I dislike is that you can only do the slim coffee cups and tumblers.
