I applied these easy to use patches on a pair of light weight cotton lounge pants. I cut a bit larger section of a brown paper bag to place under the section torn, then placed patch on top (right side) , then another section of brown paper on top of patch. You heat the iron to 'cotton setting' and then press iron on brown paper for 50 seconds. It adhered perfectly for me. I haven't washed the pants yet, but I suggest not washing for a day to two and try delicate and cold wash for the first time. I think these will work well. The fabric is very nice.

I know these aren't used as much as they used to be, but I do have a farmer husband and they're really nice to put where they're needed and then to sew on top of that. I just feel like it's easier once it's ironed on to hold in place while I stitch it.

Colors are pretty close to the pants I was patching, maybe not exact but close enough that you wouldn't notice. Worked well and was easy enough to put on.

Needed these badly. Have a favorite pair of shorts that had started fraying around the back pocket. Cut to the size I needed. Applied iron according to instructions and worked great! Glad I got a good sized pack. They can be hard to find sometimes,

These are great to have on hand for multi purposes.

These patches seemed okay, until I washed my finished clothing. I followed all of the instructions, then waited a few days before washing. Then I washed my shirt in cold water on the gentle cycle. When I took it out of the washer, I noticed that the patches has curled on the sides and was coming undone.
