it heats up fast. works great. i love the small size and curved plate. i did burn my finger pretty bad on the side of the plate when holding the patch, but it didnt melt the poly beads inside the pillow. kinda confusing to remember how to set the time and temp, but it recalls the last inputted so that was awesome.
Beautiful and easy to use.
It's an amazing product for personal projects or small business
I really like how this mini press is small and compact, making it easy to get into small grooves or creases. I love the curved plate allowing you do multiple small jobs! I wish the temperature would reach over 210 degrees, because it would be even more efficient in using less time on each press/project. Overall great product and it's cute!
This review is a bit long the TLDR version is - good quality press, but very small. Best for only very small projects. My regular iron worked better for adhering HTV to a sweatshirt. The more detailed version: I think this heat press would work best for very small projects. I used it to adhere HTV to a hoodie, which isn't a very big project but felt very time consuming and tedious when using this small iron. I ended up finishing the project using my regular iron. The iron honestly did a better job than the press. Some of that may be down to user error. There seems to be a learning curve to using a press. When I had it on the heat setting recommended in the instructions none of the vinyl was sticking to the sweatshirt. After reading suggestions from other crafters online I found that increasing the heat helped - but again in the end my regular iron worked better and was more efficient. I am interested to see how the curved end of the press will work with transferring to curved materials - that could make it worth the purchase. This review was collected as part of a promotion. I paid full price for the product itself, and all opinions are my own.
too small wont cover iron ons unless no bigger then a inch both ways
