I have not tried your product mainly because recently there was a report from Consumers Report listing your chocolate as very high in LEAD content. Therefore, I am reluctant to try your product. I may try the recipe I have once, but have no plans as of now to purchase any more of your product. Is your product high in lead? If so, why?

honestly, at this point, if you don't know that hu is the best or you haven't tried their products yer, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? the quality of their products is on another level, the ethics behind their company is spectacular, their creativity is off the charts, and their craveability is REAL

Beat Chocolate
I only us Hu chocolate when I bake. It's my favorite chocolate and it doesn't raise my blood sugar as much as other chocolates. Keep in mind it still raises it just not as fast or much.

Can't live without!
Hu chocolate is the best tasting, cleanest ingredient dark chocolate I've tried. The gems are too good to bake with - eat them straight out of the bag!

these are my favorite chocolate chips to use for baking. They don't have emulsifiers so excellent for making our favorite treat of vegan cake pops!
