I really like the items. I purchased it for my preemie granddaughter. They only issue I have with them is that they seem to be too long for a preemie size. She can't try them on yet but her little body isn't that long.

Not really Preemie
Great for sleeper gowns but they are really to big to be called Preemie sleepers which is why I gave the 3 star review because I desperately needed preemie gowns not newborn sized gowns!! These are very adorable though and great because baby Daddy was upset everything says I love Mommy LOL
