Have used odormute for over 35 years. Eliminates organic odors completely. I highly recommend this product for tough odors. It is enzyme based so using this before any chemical applications is a must as chemicals can neutralize the enzyme activity rendering it ineffective
Odormute does eliminate pet odors. I now have a senior cat who can't always make it to the box. Having to mix the dry powder with water is inconvenient for me; but the results is worth it.
This enzyme cleaner is such a steal for the amount you get. This stuff lasts me forever and really works. I have cats and dogs and they unfortunately make messes. I keep this all around the house. You just mix some powder in water and spray where you need it. I also like to sprinkle it in my kitty's litter boxes. Plus there are also so many other uses
I was skeptical that this would even touch the smell of dog urine in the camper I was working with, after a year of two dogs using the training pads every day and urine not staying on the pads and being able to smell it from the outside. After soaking the carpet and bottoms of the couch and swivel chairs, it was allowed to dry for a day or two with windows open and a box fan going. When I entered the camper after that couple of days, I couldn't smell it at all, but I went ahead and soaked everything again just in case it I missed something. Thoroughly impressed, and I haven't used anything else since.
Great stuff. Have used it for many years.
Been using and recommending this for years. Had a rental office use it in a apartment where the previous tenants left their cats (luckily rehomed) and it completely removed the cat urine odor in two days.
I'm not sure why Walmart doesn't stock this in-store, when you need to clean up animal odors most wouldn't wait for this stuff to ship. When it comes to soaking a p*ssed in corner of a room the pre-diluted junk doesn't come close, and Odormute is great in that you can choose the strength, as well as use it in the washing machine with just about any fabric. Most versatile, cost effective and safest stuff I've found, bar-none.
This stuff really works! I have a few blankets that are 5 years old (or older) I use for whelping dog litters. They have had a “permanent” dog smell to them no matter how many times in a row I've washed them. I presoaked 1 blanket in the washer with warm
This has been one of the best odor controller I have used with multiple cats. Accidents due to illness happens and this removes the odor completely. A little goes a very long way. It is easy to mix with warm (not hot) water, although I have mixed it with room temp water and it dissolved just fine. Years ago they sold a 'shaker' of odormute to use in the kitty litter, I haven't seen it recently but have used this bulk purchase to sprinkle a little on the litter when needed only (illness etc) I do not use on a regular bases for the cats safety and health. I do apply the solution to the pan for a spell and then rinse and wash the pans.
Good amount for the price, will make a lot of cleaning solution
