Huffy 26 In. Nighthawk Men's Mountain Bike, Blue

I'm not sure why the bad reviews on this bike . Huffy has been around for decades. I owned a Huffy in the 60's. Walmart had an incredible price on this bike . I read the horrible reviews and thought how bad can it be for $125.00 that's a cheap price. Amazon had the same bike for $200.00. What the heck I ordered it delivered today. Took an hour to put together. I looked at the direction after I put it together there are great instructions. I live in Florida so not to many mountains but this bike is great. This is not a $900.00 bike and don't expect it to be comparable to that type bike.. Guess it depends what you want I'm very have with this $125.00 bike and maybe people that don't like it need to spend $900.00 to be happy

I remember growing up, having a hot pink huffy bike with streamers on the handlebars and a white basket on the front. So naturally as an adult, I looked for the same brand that filled so many of my childhood memories. I purchased the 26 inch Nighthawk as soon as I saw it back in stock. It arrive undamaged in around 4 days. After putting it together, I took it to my local bike shop for a brake adjustment and general tune up. I felt really good when my repair guy told me that the bike was definitely a good investment. He told me it was a good size for me (I am 62 inches tall for reference), has a good frame and a smooth derailleur. Overall I highly recommend this brand. The his specific one did not come with streamers, but it rides through mountain trails like a champ.

I'm totally sorry my bike is perfect I was kinda stupid But smart enough to read the directions again and I was turning it clock right instead of opposite for the left pedal...I'm sorry about that really I like Walmart alot

Took about two hours to assemble everything. No major problems. Haven't ridden it very much so far but it appears to be a good bike for the price.

when buying this bike do not let the picture's fool you because they will i thoght this was good bike at first until i took it on an easy Trail ride and it did not fill confertbel at all and i road the bike around for 375 miles and it felt a lot better after a tuneup! A tuneup is needed right out of the box for best prefomens have fun riding love this bike but qwaliti for me is why i don't like this model of bike.

I did not like the handle. Was hard to adjust. Could not get it tight enough so it would not move. Other parts were ok.

I gave this bike to my grandson on the 6th of September for his 14th birthday. He rode it to school on the 8th and the rim on the front bent. He had to push the bike home. Called Huffy and they told me they can't help me. Had to go buy new tire. Will never buy another huffy.

poor construction. have had issues with the seat staying in place. brakes were connected backwards. the chain slips on the gears. and my son just wrecked into a mailbox yesterday because the kickstand wouldnt stay up while he was riding. now i want to return the bike because of the repeated problems and go figure, just a month past the allowed return date. so now out this money for a junk bike and have to replace someones mailbox. if i could leave a negative rating / star i would. DO NOT BUY

I gave this bike a 1 star because it is a very nice bike but the front tire was bent when I received it, I would recommend but hopefully the shipper is more careful with packages

The front tire was bent even for my order, as I could see in the review section others had the same issue too. Very disappointed.
