My niece's bike was stolen, so her Dad bought her a new one. It was damaged when it arrived. To avoid a hastle, my brother took it to the bike store for assembly. They called to tell him that the fork that holds the front wheel was so bent that they were afraid they would break it if they tried to straighten it. It took 3 weeks to get a refund before I could order another one. It arrived damaged also, so it went immediately to the bike shop. the paint and decals were scratched up but the bike itself worked. We didn't hassle with getting another one. She loved her old bike and that's why she wanted the same one again. But the shipping damage is unacceptable. The bike itself is a good bike, just don't buy it if it has to be shipped.
