As other reviewers have mentioned, this seat is terrible. If you're purchasing this, plan on investing in a new seat. I highly recommend the Selle Royal Gipsy (~$25 at Walmart) and some new pedals (anything is better really) as well. Although the frame is a bit on the heavy side, the build quality of this bike superb. Paint job is aesthetically pleasing. This bike has all the standard mount/eyelets for your third party accessories. Rides and shifts smoothly and disc brakes have incredible stopping power. Small issues aside, I still give this bike 5 stars because you won't find a better bike at a sub-$300 price. Recommend for both commuters and casual riders.
The bike is nice and easy assembly, but the information about it is not quite correct. The information indicates it has duel front fork suspension, but it does not.
Really good bike. Would have given 5 stars but that seat... Going to want to buy a new one for this bike otherwise don't plan on long rides. Other than that it's an excellent bike. Put together in about 15 minutes and have had no issues with it.
Wasn't expecting a light weight bike, but for aluminum it was still way too heavy. Disassembled it to make sure everything was greased properly and see if I could find what was adding all the weight. The front forks are made from steel and weighs almost as much as the frame as well as the headset bearings barely had any grease on it. Lol, ordered after market aluminum forks on line for about $75.
The box looked as though Godzilla had at it. mostly all carton staples were dislodged, and was left at my door upside down. The bike itself was in good condition, but was missing bolt for the seat, and possibly tool needed to complete assembly. Guess I'll have to cannibalize my old bike for the seat screw
Wow, it's amazing the lack of quality offered on a $300 bike these days. For the price this bike is absolute garbage. Tires are substandard, rims aren't true, seat is awful and the bike didn't come with a kickstand. I will be amazed if this bike lasts me a year.
The bolt to the front brake caliper was stripped. Couldn't make necessary adjustments so will have to return to the store.
Front brake is rubbing to the break pad. Tried to fix it didn't work. Even repairman couldn't figure out.
Don't buy this bike. If you want to adjust the brakes then good luck with loosening the screws. I tried opting for the Handy service for bike installation as part of the Walmart purchase even the installer could not loosen those screws
When ordering this bike online, it does not come assembled like other Walmart bikes do, and no tools are included. You will need several different sizes of wrenches and hex keys. The wheels had a slight wobble, the kind that is common with used bikes but shouldn't happen for bikes that are brand new. Several pieces were broken on the bike I ordered, including two plastic O-rings for the handlebars, a cracked pedal, and a crank assembly that had the threads stripped out after one week of riding. To Huffy's credit, they did ship me a replacement crank free of charge. However, I tried contacting them for replacement O-rings (which are not listed on the website) but have not heard back yet after a week. The disk brakes also needed adjusting, which I suspect is common for bikes ordered online. I almost never leave product reviews, and I don't like leaving negative comments like this. It's just that this bike keeps breaking on me, and I want to make sure no one else makes the mistake I did. Also, when I purchased it 3 weeks ago, it had a star rating of 4.7. At the time of my writing this (July 4, 2021), this has decreased a full star, so I think many others had a similar experience. Buying bikes from Walmart isn't necessarily a bad choice, just stick to better brands like Schwinn. TL,DR: Assembly required with no tools included, broken parts, low quality
