Look forward to your experience
I love how smooth it rides and the fact that it's reliable it's tough and definitely give off a sophisticated feel to your ride. It's easy to fix and interesting to figure out. The battery last about 1.5 hours if your switching off in between peddling and utilizing the throttle. You'll definitely enjoy the shock resistance. The frame is real nice and the motor runs smooth. It almost makes you forget that you're on an electric bike. It blesses you with a memorable experience and a lovely exercise. It's one of my favorite bikes thus far.

Really awesome unit in an attainable price range
I got the opportunity to test ride the Vienna and was thoroughly impressed. Coming from someone who has ridden higher end electric bikes, the bike has a lot of bang for the buck. The 350 watt motor and 36 volt battery provide plenty of power for leisurely rides around the park. The frame design makes it super comfortable to ride, and the step-through frame makes it easy for anyone to get on and off. I had plenty of power at pedal assist level 3.

I already had to take it to the repair shop and I can't find a replacement battery and the first speed is not working and I only had it for 2 months
