Christmas gift
Right now, we can only rate the ease of putting it together. There was one small spacer missing for the training wheels. We took a copy of the receipt to our local Walmart, explained the missing part and we very quickly handed the piece. No problem.

Great Bike!
I bought this bike for my daughter for Christmas. She LOVES it! Its very sturdy not flimsy at all. I like how the training wheels can be adjusted to how fast the wheels will roll. She has gotten many compliments on this bike. She loves how she can put her doll and knick knacks in the front basket. My daughter is five years old, and she is small for her age, I think this bike is the perfect size for her and she even has some growing room with it. I would definitely recommend this to others! I mean, what little girl wouldn't want a FROZEN bike!

Good birthday gift for 4 year old grand daughter
This bike was easy to assemble. Gave to our 4 year old grand daughter for her birthday and she loves it. It was also easy to adjust to better fit her size and now she will have room to grow with it.

Broke wheel bearing
Bought the bike for my daughter's fifth birthday. Great for the day looked good and went straight until she climbed on in and the front wheel bearing spit out all the ball bearings. Now I'm stuck looking for a new bearing.
