I just love my new mat!!
I really had to upgrade my yoga mat. I spent about $25 on a "nice" mat but I should have just saved that money and put it toward a top quality mat. After researching the top rated yoga mats for months, I finally chose the Hugger Mugger Para Rubber Mat. I absolutely love it!! It's very grippy yet and helps me to help perfect poses like Down Dog without my hands slipping away toward the front of the mat. I'm very happy with it so far.

Evening I need for my yoga practice. I know that it's a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Worth the money!

Buy Hugger Mugger directly from Hugger Mugger???
I liked the mat, but it came with a stain on it, and was not packed well when shipped - the mat was rolled up in the box, but it should have been wrapped in plastic or something to protect it, and stuffing to keep it from moving around inside the box while in transit - also, the box was a re-used box that was banged up and coming apart a bit. Note - this was not coming from Hugger Mugger but from someone that might be handling returned items or something???
