Since taking this gut instinct, I go to the bathroom no problem! Quick and easy! I can't explain it! What an awesome and amazing experience!! I've tried so many products and nothing ever worked until HUM!!

I have not had as many constipated mornings; nor, many bouts with diarrhea. Typically, by late evening , I am very gassy and slightly uncomfortable. However, since being contiguous in taking this product 30-60 minutes before my lunch (on an empty stomach) those uncomfortable feelings have subsided ALOT.

It's too soon to tell if it has contributed to any weight loss. I do love the taste even if it is a bit sweet for my taste. Additionally add a lime wedge

I don't really have gut issues as far as I know, but I'm a proactive sort of person. I realize that probiotics are really good and I usually take some before I eat so after about another month, I should have something more to add.
