I was taking 5000 IU of another brand and do not notice a difference with going down in IU of this brand. I believe it is due to the difference in quality of this brand vs my previous brand. Would recommend!

I used these and literally the next day, nothing. I'm also vitamin d deficient, haven't really noticed a difference with these. The Flatter Me Fiber I'm still feeling out. I was on the semiglutide shot and wanted to see if this was somewhat similar. Like the shot, I only have a glass once a week and so far, definitely is curbing my appetite.
