Product works great. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there is a piece missing to hold the bottom rack. That was never in the box.

i loved how this came super cute i wanted to keep it so bad but mine came beoken they dont protect the buckets enough 😩

The assembly needs 2 people and some of the containers came broken which was very sad but it does give you a paper where you have to fill out a form and take pictures of the broken bins. It was too much of a hassle because of the wait time. It's very cute but I'll be ordering again!

First off, the delivery date was to arrive too late for my need. Once I applied for refund due to that is when this company wants to ship my order. The product came damaged lots of cracked corners just everywhere and it looks cheap. Definitely not what I wanted for the amount spent.

it arrived damaged to find out that this item was non refundable and non replaceable. Even with a protection plan. I was told they were not responsible for transportating or handling of the product. So yes I am very disappointed. I will have to use it as it is. Makes me very Leary about ordering anything else. This is the first time in everything I've ordered in the past that I have had damaged goods and not been able to replace them. Sad Customer

don't waste your money. it took a week to ship, i tried to just cancel the order and they shipped the next morning instead of cancelling. then it arrived yet another week later completely BROKEN. all of the wood paneling was chipped, 4 of the storage containers were busted on the edges - one of them missing a big chunk from the side. i didn't even bother photographing all of them, but here's one. absolutely garbage.

I wasn't looking for top of the line - but these folks are CHEAP! The company has no customer service. Check your parts carefully before you assemble. I started assembly and thought their claim to get replacement parts for the ones that arrived damaged would be honored. The phone number on the manufacturer's manual is not in service. Placed an online ticket to have damaged parts replaced. Got a confirmation they received the ticket but THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND. Emailed several times to get a follow up on the ticket - THEY NEVER RESPOND. Sent pictures with each email - it doesn't matter - THEY NEVER RESPOND.

I fortune log the top piece cracked when putting together. Not sure why some of the pieces came dirty
