I have the previous band and it is great. Now this new one has for blood pressure and that is awesome because I need to monitor mine everyday. So this will make it easier to do. Can't wait to get a full month in to see the difference. It's all set up on my phone and with my hume scale. I'm using the free version of it.

Not recommended for fitness
It doesn't count steps instantly like other bands. I walked one hour, after that it shows 500 and my phone shows 6000 steps. Useless for fitness training
