Excellent dehumidifier. We've been running it for a couple of months nonstop. Works great and is fairly quiet. Good night light too. Removes a lot of moisture from the air.
It's colorful and it works. I live in a basement apartment and it gets really damp and it did the trick.
I have only been using the de-humidifier for a little over a week. It is taking moisture put of the air, but it's not going to drop the humidity 10 % in a couple of hours., maybe 24 hours. So far, I think it's a pretty good value
When I first connected this unit, the humidity was 88% / 24 hours. It was down to 65%. I love it and the colors just make me happy
Manual is incoherent, and you have to Google what the different settings are, and the auto mode defaults. no ideas what the various lights do or indicate since the manual doesn't mention that part. There also seems to be no difference in sleep mode of any other mode in terms of fan speed. Overall strange and confusing product, but it works.
Product instructions are very vague, difficult to understand settings.
The only thing the dehumidifier does is put on a great light show . I placed it in a room with 85% relative humidity, and it produced only 1/4 cup of water after 12 hours of continuous operation—a total waste of my money. There is NO filling up with water because it does not draw enough humidity. I have NEVER been able to use the Auto defrost. The reservoir is large enough because the dehumidifier DOES NOT dehumidify. The footprint is enough for a good crawl space if you accept the fact that the only thing the dehumidifier does is look good.
Plugged in and left on for 2 days in hot humid room, which resulted in only about a tablespoon of water in the reservoir. Did not dehumidify but created a lot of heat so I'm sure it was using plenty of electricity.
it pulls absolutely down moisture out of the house
I set this up and we had 91% humidity in the apartment and after 3 days I only had about a tablespoon of water in it.
