This little dehumidifier is a beast! I'm rating it a 5 because it works great. However... It came without the drainage hose or the wheels. shouldn't be a big deal.. but a generic hose doesn't fit. I attempted to reach the seller to just get a hose mailed. it's been a week and no response. Reached out to Walmart and they suggested a return. I think it should be a simple fix . Just ship me a hose and wheels. Yes, I can use it without a hose, but I camp every weekend and want to drain it into my sump pump. Walmart also contacted the seller and there has been no updates. This isn't a Walmart issue. They just deliver the product and that part was flawless. This seller is listed as a Top Seller on the website, but they are definitely not responsive. so I'd say yes.. buy the dehumidifier, but if parts are missing, you're out there alone unless you just return it.

Easy setup for continuous draining into floor drain. Steady running so far (it's been about a month now) and doing a good job in our basement storm cellar.

This is an amazing machine. The light changes color. Or you can pause it on the color you like. Or you can have no light . The weather here has been very humid. 88% and higher the water pulls from the air and I pour it right in my plant to drink it. This thing is like a magical new device. I love it.

this thing is a beast. it collects about a gallon a day. it's a game changer.

Seemed to remove the moisture from the air okay -- BUT, the water tray does not sit flush against the unit and it vibrates and makes way too much noise. I contacted the company, and they said their engineering department said "that's the way it is made, and does not affect how the machine works". They told me that I should run it at night when I'm not in the room!!! The dehumidifier is in my basement where I have my office, and I cannot tolerate the vibrating that it does. I will be returning this item.

This is the second Humsure I have purchased (I have one for downstairs and one for the upstairs-this is the new one upstairs) I absolutely love the one downstairs and it does a fantastic job. This new one is SO LOUD! Really disappointed and will need to return.

doesn't work, won't collect any water from the air at all. I ordered this one, and then another one of a different brand from Amazon. the one I bought from Amazon is working great, collecting tons of water, this one hasn't collected a drop. and no I don't have them side by side, this one is in the large bathroom and my other one is in the living room. I'm so upset with this dehumidifier, I'm returning it. I've tried everything, thinking it was my error as to why it wasn't working, but no. it comes on, the fan blows, all the buttons work, everything is perfect, except it actually collecting water. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone, don't waste your money. oh and BTW I live on the border of Missouri and Arkansas, the humidity is 100% regularly.

Followed all instructions, kept it vertical way over 6 hrs before turning on, then 26 hrs working , fan is blowing and not a single drop of water.

Does not remove the amount of moisture from the air that it is suppose to. It is very quiet. Fan seems to only run on one speed. Wouldn’t recommend it.
