I bought a large used dehumidifier a few years ago and was disappointed by how loud it was and it has a vibration that irritated me. Soo, I was so excited when I plugged this in. Quiet!!! It has only been on for a few hours; but I already have moisture in the collection bin. Packaged very well, very easy to understand directions. No special settings to fuss with; which I appreciate. Just plug it in and press the power button.

My ancient house (1874) with no central ac was insane with humidity from April til beginning of July in the range of 60-75% humidity, very hard to sleep or breathe. Got this unit and it is very quiet, has been pulling a gallon of water from the air every day since turning it on. Set it up, upstairs in bedroom for sleep purposes, within about 5-6 hours had the humidity down from 70% to 40%. The difference is amazing, sleep quality up 100%, I leave the door to bedroom open and the downstairs is also dehumidified massively (unexpected). Yes, I would totally recommend .....I am so happy with this unit. The hose it came with was kinda crushed in shipping tho, but still not a deal breaker, the change it has made in quality of life, breathing, and not living in a sweat factory is kinda life-changing. Very good purchase. Humidity outside has been generally 70-90% humidity, for reference purposes. Midwest is a sweatfest in Summer. I also have had the ionizer running, not sure what effects that has had, but the comfort factor this unit has brought is really wonderful.

This is a very quiet dehumidifier, can barely tell it’s running; thats because it isn’t a compressor dehumidifier. It doesn’t remove ss much moisture from the air as a compressor model but it’s much quieter ans more energy efficient. It has worked out well for my bedroom, noticeably lowering humidity levels according to my baldr weather unit, which seems to have pretty good accuracy. I also like the changing light uou can rhen on or off while the unit Is running. It morphs from one color to another, has nothing to do with removing moisture but it’s a neat addition. I would recommend this unit, very low cost and efficient.

This unit is quieter than expected. We have not gotten a long hose for it yet so we are having to empty the small reservoir multiple times a day, yet it has only gotten down to upper 60% range for humidity (from upper 70%) though it is set to 50% in the mostly finished basement. Upstairs mostly maintains 45-50% without a dehumidifier. It definitely works good pulling moisture oit of the room it is in, and it might be more efficient once we get a longer hose that will reach the drain. We are looking into another, maybe larger one, and maybe this brand since we are mostly happy with it.

This little dehumidifier is amazing for small areas especially the bathroom I do have a fan but I also wanted this to help absorb moisture from the air to help prevent mold and mildew I've already had a bathroom that had no ventilation and ended up with mold so not taking any chances to have that again so far I like this it's wisper quiet you can't even tell it's on I've ran it a couple times during %26 after showering and it collects a good amount of water so I know its working also the bathroom feels better not moist and humid this was pretty easy to set up you just unbox it an plug it in no need to charge I tried the light setting but it only shows one color for some reason it does come with a manual but so far so good might get another for my other bathroom.

This is an ultra quiet unit, perfect for quiet offices or listening rooms. Works as advertised. The best feature is the attachable drain tube. I’ve got mine on the guest bathroom counter (it looks FINE) with the drain sitting in the sink. You can’t hear it throughout the house, even when the compressor activates, and a glance is all it takes to verify correct operation. Keeps my central FL home at 42% humidity at 75degrees during the brutal summer months. Metal objects show no signs of corrosion. Very happy with this purchase.

The dehumidifier arrived so much faster than expected and it works perfectly, I'm keeping it in my bathroom and it really absorbing the extra moisture in the air after I shower. It's the perfect size to keep on my bathroom counter, it's very quiet also when it's running and is easy to empty the tank when it's full.

It's very good for the price. It does have a small water tank so you have to change it often, however it does have a drainage hookup in the back. You can purchase a tubing kit at Walmart for around $10-13. You have to be careful pulling out the tank so you don't slosh water on your floor. There is no carrying handle in the water collection tray. Would be a 5 star with a bigger water tank OR a handle on the tank. Good for the $$$$$.

The clear plastic is very thin and breakable. With one hand, I can bend the plastic. to empty the water , one has to insert a fingernail or tool in a very small groove to separate the plastic lid from the plastic tank. This is a semiconductor dehumidifier with a big sticker on the front that says it is a semiconductor dehumidifier. Because it lacks a compressor it’s very lightweight. And semiconductor dehumidifiers disappoint if the goal is to remove a considerable amount of humidity.

This dehumidifier is crap. The fan runs, it draws some moisture, but after two days of running it has reduced humidity by two percent. Ridiculous for what is advertised as a 50 pint unit. I will return to purchasing name brand appliances instead of this crap and I suggest others do the same,
