the package was in good condition no evidence of any damage. open the box, went through the manual as recommended. connect charger to the battery. plugged it in, and noticed it had selected the correct mode and was displaying voltage,amperage temp and percentage of charge. it's only been used once. I am satisfied so far. worked well with a good price. value of the money.

Works great! Convenient size and does the job. I charge overnight. Great price also. I am completely satisfied. If you are lookiing for a quick charge, this isn't the one you want. Not designed for that.

Friendly easy-to-use charger shows auto battery voltage before plugging into wall outlet, once /- are engaged. Then device automatically moves thru charge maintenance functions illustrating volts, amps, internal temperature. Shows FUL (full) when completed. Under an hour to charge 5 yr old 12V battery so Toyota RAV4 could start. Buying several as holiday gifts.

I liked the price point and the features including AGM charging. It also changes the charge voltage if it gets too hot or cold. It lowers the voltage when it is too hot and raises the voltage when it is too cold outside. I was also impressed how strong the springs on the alligator clips were.

It's very light and light duty. The battery clips are very light and struggle to attach to the battery terminals. The terminal wires, are also very light; I foresee them breaking after a couple of uses . It will work adequately, to charge and maintain my lawnmower battery and motorcycle battery. We shall see how well it works.

I like how you can check the voltage of the battery without plugging the charger into the wall outlet and as a bonus also reports the internal temperature of the charger! Cooling fan is my only gripe. Though it isn't because of the noise, as the sound isn't intrusive. My experience with fans inside chargers is that they don't last very long and becomes yet another thing that must be addressed. Seller shipped item quickly.

in the add photo it appeared as being much larger. I should have read the specs. it's not much bigger than a shaving kit... So, who knows, I haven't used it yet...but it seems rinky dink and toy like.... wish I had just bought a really nice one from Harbor Freight...

Does NOT “repair” AGM batteries. Discharged AGM battery would not charge in any of the various modes on charger. Unit did successfully change traditional “ flooded” lead-acid 12 volt car battery, however, would not charge more expensive AGM battery. Not worth the asking price as less expensive chargers will charge traditional batteries. Dissatisfied with purchase.

The price is misleading it makes you think you're saving 100 plus dollars when in reality it's the original price you pay. It's on Amazon at the "sale" price. if i knew i wouldve done more research and found something different and better.
