Husky Liners Heavy Duty Floor Mats Front Floor Mats 51222

I bought a pair of these for the front seat floor area of a 1994 Lexus LS400. I'm very happy with the fit, the robust thickness, the surface design, and they stay in place and don't slide around. I spoke with a product representative before purchasing and he was very personable, polite, and helpful. High quality product - I'll be back to purchase other products. I was just about to pull the trigger on purchasing the Weather Tech's for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma but a friend had a set of the Husky Liners in his Truck and I absolutely, loved the quality and how well they covered the carpet area. I ordered my set of Husky Liners 5 years ago and still look like new. They held up well after 5 seasons of hunting with keeping the original carpet clean from muddy boots and gear. There Easy to clean and revive to like new. I especially, like the fact that they don't move or shift once installed. I would have added pictures of the mats but didn't see how to attach.

FedEx says they delivered the Husky Liners. I say they DID NOT! Contact was by e mail only ending with Do Not Reply. Told to contact shipper. Not sure who the shipper is. Called Real Truck. Robot said my wait time was 4&1/2 hours. I hung up. E mailed "Customer Support" and maid a request to be contacted by a person. It's been several days now no contact yet. Customer Support appears to be very busy. All I really want now is my money back and I can order same from Amazon without paying the almost $11 shipping charge. By the way I was home when FedEx says they delivered package. The only thing between me and the front porch Is a 6' x 5' window and 12' of distance. Have requested a photo of the delivered package but don't expect to see one. This whole thing with Real Truck and their shipper was been a waste of my time and money. " Fool Me Once".

You haven't sent my dashboard cover and you sent the wrong matts wich I need to sund back. I'm nit happy at all. I have reached out to you and your rep. and still have heard nothing. Please get in touch with me. hopefully we can fix this.

I ordered a product and never received the right stuff never got through to the company and they sent me a wrong set again. Not happy!!
