Husqvarna 505549201 Tractor Weight & Bracket

I bought this last year to install on my TS3540. From what I remember of the install it was really rough. Very tight space to reach through and get the hardware on. I already have small hands and remember I had to jam my hand in behind the backplate. Then I believe the weight itself didn't line up well with the bracket. Had to force/bend the bracket to line up with the weight's holes. Like the other attachments Husqvarna makes (and that I'm finding out as I've bought them), they are made to be too universal...buyer beware!

This product is supposed to fit TS 354XD, but it doesn't. I spent several hours installing the brackets (hard to do because the nuts and washers go up inside the tractor housing and are very hard to reach). However, I finally got the brackets on and went to attach the large bracket that holds the weight. That bracket does not fit onto the side brackets because the holes on the side of the weight bracket do not even come close to lining up with the side brackets. The only way I see to correct this is to drill 4 new holes into quarter inch steel. Not something I should have to do or even can do.
