I have bought other purifiers from Walmart but this one is 3 in 1 so of course the new one cost a lot but this refurbished one was excellent purchase. The box was not so that good but inside product is amazing. Looks as good as new and comes with new filter and 1 yr warranty. Will try to review later after a year use.

I have birds and I bought this for cleaner air, it really seems to be working, I'm sneezing much less and I have the added benefit to heat their room.

Name brand "Shark" you know you are getting a great quality product. It tells you on the front the level of air purification and the degrees it is. I also like that it can blow cool or warm air either one. The remote sits on top with a magnetic force to it but it can be removed, I leave it there so I don't lose it. It turns or sits still your choice. This has been incredible since we have 4 dogs in the house it has made a world of difference

The beauty is that this is not only an air purifier but also a heater, which will be convenient this winter. We always have a bedroom colder than the others. The console is also a remote which will be convenient if you plan to use it a your bedroom or less accessible location. Love the round design of the remote, very modern. Display indicates through the color whether air is clean or not. Then you can select your favorite information as temperature, % of cleanliness , number of small medium or large particules in the air, fan speed… The overall system seems robust, and the filter absorbs air all around (360degres) Only when air quality is very bad, fan will turn to the highest speed, which will make the system quiet most of the time. My only worry is that there is no prefilter which usually allows replacing filters less often. The only con, it took the Air purifier 3 days to get rid of the LIGHT smell of new.

My fiancée is allergic to our cat so it's important for us to have good purifiers in the house and this one is perfect for us. He has already noticed a big difference with his allergy's. The design is sleek and it's tall rather than wide so you can just set it in a corner and it doesn't take up much space. It also comes with a remote which is pretty cool so if you are watching a movie or laying in bed you can easily change the settings. Another great thing about this air purifier is that it's a 3 in 1, so you can use just the purifier or the fan or the heat. I have tried all the settings and you can keep the purifier on during any settings change. The fan and heat can be easily controlled, you can chose the degree on the heat and it sure did give off a lot of heat. It'll be good come winter since our one room gets a little drafty. This shark purifier really is a great machine and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

This was setup and started in a breeze without any problems and also bigger than I expected but that worked out perfectly for me. I have plenty of room for this and this helps clean the air in both my dining room and living room. I have two dogs and they shed a lot and the hair tends to builds up very fast within a day no matter how much I clean but since using this I've noticed much less hair and the quality of air seemed to improve. This even picks up when I'm cooking because the air quality changes or when it's too hot out and I have the window open the air quality changes. I really like how alert this air purifier is. My favorite part about this is that it's a 3 in 1. I can us the air, fan or heat mode when needed and it has a oscillating option which is needed. I run this throughout the day and I'm glad this gives me details about how much life my air filter has before I need to change it. I am very impressed and most definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best air purifiers that I have used to start, I love that it is 3 in 1, it has the option of cold air and hot air in winter times, you can adapt it depending on the quality of the air to eliminate from allergens, dust, bacteria, mold etc. It has 6 power levels and I love sleeping with that breeze sound, the super adaptable and beautiful control, the filter is very easy to put on and take off, it has a size that I personally love, the very modern digital screen and the switch to change from cold to hot.

I absolutely love it, it works phenomenally on all settings. My heat recently went out in my house and this machine heats my whole house on a low fan speed and my air quality was apparently very low in my home and it has work excellent at purifying my home, we have 3 dogs and allergies and both my husband and I are breathing so much better. I highly recommend the shark air purifier max 3 in 1.

And it works great it has number that show up to tell you how clean or not clean the air is and even has colors red for not so clean orange like for fair and blue for clean air.will even tell you the filter life so you know when to change them.Even has heater an fan to blow out cool air. I have 3 cats so this comes in handy my dad an daughter have allergies so when they come over I turn this on before they get here and seems to help them not sneeze so much.. comes with little hand remote to work it with buttons on top make it easy to set and run it and has features list on top to help you understand how to work it. Has timer you can set incase you have other stuff todo... has easy to get to filters for when need to change them. My dad is so impressed with it he wants one to. I'm very happy with this..

The automatic temperature control system was way off by 5 degrees also the side to side movement mechanism was making cracking sound when activated and when heating shutdown it is still accelerating from side to side have tout off manually. If shark ever gets rid of those problems it might be ok & they need to come out with a new model with the problems corrected try looking at a Dyson Hp07 or Hp09 & u will see how it's supposed to work.
