Really happy with this exercise bike. It was easy to put together, feels very sturdy, and is extremely quiet while riding. The resistance adjusts smoothly and gives a good workout, and the seat is comfortable enough for longer sessions. Great option for home workouts and solid quality for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this vehicle and it was delivered very fast from Walmart, I put it together. It took me probably a little longer to put it together because being 67 years old, simple things become harder lol. There were only eight pieces you had to put together, which is the seat adjustment bar, and the handlebar adjustment bar, the seat, the handlebars a iPad phone stand above the handlebars, the pedals and two horizontal bars to keep the bike steady, tolls were included and screws were also included. It’s a very nice bike. It’s heavy. It weighs 44 pounds and it’s very heavy and sturdy a great product. Unfortunately, my legs don’t bend enough so if I put my left end or right foot on the pedal, I can’t get the other foot on, so I get my left foot on the pedal, but my knees don’t bend up far enough to get it on the other pedal, I adjusted both the seat and also the handlebars, but if I go to a lower level cause it goes up to four levels if I go anywhere between one and three unfortunately three I still can’t get both feet on the pedals, and if I go to one or two, my knees are up to my chest, so it makes it unsteady for me because I can’t get both feet on the pedals. I contacted Walmart and told him I did not have the material to pack it. It’s fully assembled, they stated that FedEx would pick it up fully assembled, that’s not true. So I contacted the seller directly and explain the situation. Within 24 hours they got back to me and said could you let us know if you would like a refund and we would accept it fully assembled. I sent a response back on how I would do that, again within 24 hours I got back to me and said you will be happy to issue a refund for you, and that made me prompt to write a review, because this is quality customer service at its best, the seller backing up their product and getting back to the customer within 24 hours, where some places it takes a week before you ever hear anything. The product is excellent, the customer service has beyond fantastic. I would definitely order from this company again on any of the product just because they proved, that the purchaser/customer is priority and they back up the product. I’ve been using this HXD-ERGO exercise bike for a few weeks now and it’s been a great addition to my home workouts. The magnetic resistance is super smooth and almost silent, which makes it easy to use early in the morning or while watching TV without disturbing anyone. The bike feels very sturdy and well built. I’m impressed with how stable it is, even during harder rides. The padded seat is comfortable and easy to adjust, and the height adjustment makes it simple to dial in a good fit for different users in the house. I like the LCD monitor for tracking basic stats like time, distance, and calories, and the free app adds some extra motivation when I want a guided ride or structured workout. I had an issue with the first bike I received, as it made a loud noise while pedaling. I contacted the seller, and they immediately responded with kindness and professionalism. They sent me a replacement right away, and after testing it a few times, I'm happy to say the new bike works perfectly with little to no noise at all. I really appreciate how quickly and politely the seller resolved the issue. Problems can happen with any product, but the way this seller handled the situation truly deserves five stars. Installation was easy and straightforward, and everything fit together well. The seat was a bit hard at first, but I added a seat cushion, and now it's very comfortable. Overall, it's a solid bike for home workouts at a very reasonable cost.

If you want to keep your price under 200.00 and have a bike that can give you a great workout, this is the bike for you. Assembly was very easy and I didn't really need the instructions. So I started pedaling it a few times and expected it to pop on the Zwift app. I tried it a few times. I blamed the bike, the iPad (refurbed from Walmart...with purchase of bike), blamed my wifi, etc. The solution....toggling Zwift to be able to talk to Bluetooth on my iPad..so basically a "user error". Once that was solved, I got to riding. I did 3 rides last week and when I say I was drenched in sweat, I was drenched. The seat might be a little tough for new riders, but it's fine for now. I highly suggest you tighten the pedals as tight as they can go. I really love the bike and as advertised, it legit pops on zwift as soon as you pedal a few times so it can track your cadence. My ipad fits nicely on the mount and at this time, I am very happy with my purchase.

Great product. Great seller. This is going to be convenient for me a very long time. I am not outdoors. I get to get active from the comfort of my home.
