Does the Job
This sign is perfect for a realtor just getting started. It's easily readable and serves its purpose. Just be sure to order a wire stake to go with it. I plan to purchase more in the future.

One of the signs arrived scratched. The quality of print, on both sides, is good though. I wish the signs would have come with stands and would have paid a little extra to have the stands included.

deceiving
DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE OR ORDER STAKES! looks like its the complete sign and I need some in a hurry so I ordered 8. well guess what????? yep its only the signs with no stakes so I have a stack of signs and no stakes. ended up at lowes getting some.
