these are great. i mean theres not a better sign out there to make. ive taken paint markers and made a sign, then literally used soapy water and rubbing alcohol to take it completely off and make a whole different sign. theyre also weatherproof. definitely worth the money.

I love the price for this sign. Also love that it is made to be outside.

used dry erase for an open house. cleans off and reafy for next tome as needed. no markers or stakes, etc, just the blank sign

Good product but was a little overpriced

I used a Sharpie to make a temporary sign. The writing on the sign was very difficult to erase. It would not come off with water, soap and water, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, isopropyl, or stain remover without vigorous scrubbing. This is a very good feature for an outdoor sign but not so good for temporary sign you want to put a new message on. I was able to remove the message using gasoline.

Signs are like any normal ones however doesn't come with sign stakes to stick them to ground

Worked well until winds got up to 20 mph. If you put address and Sat 8 til 2 and no date you can use again in future

I bought 2 of these on line, and neither one had the stakes that are supposed to be included in the package. I found a way to use them with some creativity. I would suggest only buying these in store so you can make sure the stakes are included.

This item arrived without the metal stakes that hold up the signs. Disappointing-

Nothing included but the white sign. No letters etc. misleading
