I love these. They really help with allergies because they contain Quercetin. I was taking another brand but switched to these. These are easy to take. i like the anti-Inflammatory properties. My doctor had recommended me to take Quercetin with Bromelian after minor surgery for my sinuses, to help heal. I would recommend

Quercetin, because it is a natural anti-inflammatory, helps with a lot of inflammatory reactions in the body (allergies, digestion issues, aches/pains, etc). I use it for everything and notice improvements to my overall feeling of health. I have allergies to grass and sensitivities to some foods and this supplement helps to alleviate the symptoms I experience when I am exposed to these triggers. This makes the symptoms more bearable for me to get through the day. I also take Quercetin for the antioxidant function, and believe it to promote overall health, but have no real way to prove or verify its antioxidant effects. The Bromelain in this supplement is good for gastrointestinal/abdominal pain which aids Quercetin's anti-inflammatory process when eating foods that cause any kind of inflammation or digestion issue. I am sensitive to both dairy and gluten and find that I can "cheat" on my diet with icecream or cookies on occasion and not have quite as bad of a reaction as I previously experienced. Overall, I am pleased with this supplement and would recommend it for those with mild to moderate food sensitivities and/or environmental allergies. ALSO: Formulated in the USA! Big plus.

Only been on these a couple weeks but I think they are starting to make with the arthritis. I really think that supplements such as these need a few months to make a significant difference, but I am hopeful. When this bottle is finished I will be buying a second one. Everyone responds differently to these things, so I completely recommend trying these.

These vitamins were easy to swallow, no bad taste. They seem to help with inflammation in my hip joints. I am not a sickly person, so Immune support is always good. It took about a week for me to notice any benefits from the vitamin.

My review may be a bit premature but I haven't noticed a difference after taking these for a few weeks. They are easy to swallow and didn't cause any stomach irritation. I'll try to update review after completing the entire bottle.

I have taken these for approximately 1 week now with no effects. No bad after effects, no great effects. I felt no difference with anything except maybe slightly better with allergy season. I personally would not take these supplements for more than 12 weeks at a time. Do your google research. I get the same benefits this capsule offers from apples, honey, raspberries, onions, red grapes, citrus fruits, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, pineapple, kiwi, ginger and yogurt. I do take certain dietary supplements, however I actually like the foods that has these benefits have in them naturally, therefore it is not necessary for me to continue with this particular supplement.
