Easy To Use, Delicious Result
Very easy to use. Put them on baking sheets to use. My little cakes came out very pretty %26 delicious. (I'm no chef, I just made little cakes.) I butter it anyway for the flavor %26 texture, even being a non-stick item. The little cakes push right out with a nudge on the bottom. Fun %26 delicious.

Unpleasant surprise
It should be made clear that ordering the greater capacity pan actually means they shrink the size of the madeleine cavities to add more in the same size pan! I wanted to be able to make more at once so I bought the 20 cavity pan. I didn't expect it to be 20 mini madeleines. I expected a larger pan for 20 regular sized madeleines. I work in this industry and this would have been the obvious expectation in a bakery order.
