This pre-workout was better than what I expected, it gives me real pumps and higher endurance and stamina, I didn't expect this level from its nutrition facts but in real it's more stronger than its profile.

since I usually workout in the evening, I take none stim pre so I don't have trouble sleeping, it has the basics for pumps as a pre workout, solid stim free pre.

Average quality pre workout with bad taste. I bought it for my friend and used it once the taste was horrible. the only reason I bought it was because it is stim free, and my friend has an issue with blood pressure. worked well for his blood pressure. This was the best benefit he got from this product. he felt an increase in energy. Dosage : I believe it has small scoop and bit under dosed

I bought this for the alleged pump effect and because it was stim free. Taste was ok and quality was good in the sense that it mixes well and does not go lumpy. But, I did not feel that it gave me that much of a pump during my workout. In hindsight I should probably have tried larger doses and am tempted to try and order it again and try that. But, for now 3 stars based on price and the suggested dosage.
