Hydrate Electrolyte Powder

This is the only brand electrolytes that my body tolerates having MCAS. The ingredients are simple nothing extra in it I don't need. Both flavors are great but fruit punch is my favorite. I have an electrolyte imbalance and this brand is the only brand that actually works for me.

Always has me feeling great! I can definitely notice the difference in my energy while I'm working out!

I workout twice a day training for HYROX and running. Electrolytes are part of my daily routine. When I saw Hydrate, I knew I needed to give it a shot. What I love: I can FEEL how it brings me back to life during a workout. It's not gritty (like some), isn't too sweet, and is more of a subtle flavor than an overpowering one. I love the single serve packs for drinking them on the go. These have been HYROX tested and approved—I drink one packet every day and one before/after races. If I'm running a marathon, I drink one packet in 15oz water every hour. Truly, this product is essential to my routine. I'm a big fan and will keep coming back for more.

I tried the lemon-lime flavor and I'm loving it. I drink a packet throughout my workout after taking my pulse pre-workout:ok_hand::skin-tone-3: it mixes really well with 24oz of water. Not too sweet or salty.

I have tried A LOT of electrolyte brands. Some are too sweet, others are too full of sodium, and some just make me bloat. These are the BEST on the market - incredible taste, I feel clearer when i take them, and they give me the mid-day energy I need without coffee.

Electrolytes are a need, not a want for me. I participate in martial arts, weigh lifting and an active lifestyle. These electrolytes taste great, I can tell the quality is high. They work to keep me hydrated, performing and recovering well. I have tried dozens of electrolytes over the years and these really stand out as being a top contender where others have been disappointing. These are worth the price, especially if you are serious about training and recovery.

Love the electrolytes but definitely need to add ice to the water to make it taste better!

I absolutely love this product! I have noticed more energy throughout my day and that has been a game changer. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I am on the monthly subscription and you only get 20 packets. I need at least 10 more added. :tired_face:
