Hydrate Electrolyte Powder

This is the only brand electrolytes that my body tolerates having MCAS. The ingredients are simple nothing extra in it I don't need. Both flavors are great but fruit punch is my favorite. I have an electrolyte imbalance and this brand is the only brand that actually works for me.

Always has me feeling great! I can definitely notice the difference in my energy while I'm working out!

I absolutely LOVE the hydrate electrolyte powder. I take it about halfway in between my 10k on run days or mid workout when I'm lifting and it gives me the boost I need to finish my training strong. The taste isn't bad at all either. I use the lemon lime flavor. What I love most is that even after my workout is complete, I feel better throughout the day. 10/10 recommend!

First - Absolutely enjoy Hydrate electrolyte. As an older performance athlete, who lives in the heat and humidity of the Southern States, I need to make sure I keep my water and electrolytes balanced. I've used several different brands over the past few years. Legion has been my favorite. I've drank it in 6-20oz of water. Tastes great either way. Now here is the selling point to me. My picky wife, who can't stand any other brand electrolyte mix, loves the Fruit Punch Legion I can finally keep her Hydrated properly!

Good flavor…I use half a stick and it is still good. Wish you would package in canisters like your preworkout-I have 2 teenage athletes and would love to have the ability to send them with their jug already prepped!

I like it and it's been great! Simple way to get electrolytes. Tastes good (similar to gatorade without all the sugar). My wife also loves it!

I workout twice a day training for HYROX and running. Electrolytes are part of my daily routine. When I saw Hydrate, I knew I needed to give it a shot. What I love: I can FEEL how it brings me back to life during a workout. It's not gritty (like some), isn't too sweet, and is more of a subtle flavor than an overpowering one. I love the single serve packs for drinking them on the go. These have been HYROX tested and approved—I drink one packet every day and one before/after races. If I'm running a marathon, I drink one packet in 15oz water every hour. Truly, this product is essential to my routine. I'm a big fan and will keep coming back for more.

Love the electrolytes but definitely need to add ice to the water to make it taste better!
