HydroTech 5/8 in. Diameter x 200 ft. Expandable Burst-Proof Hose

I took the hose from the box and hooked it to the faucet. It was leaking at the hose coupler. I turned it to tighten and it broke. It appears that it was already broken and it had been glued back together. Please advise as how you would like to compensate my purchase.

I had to replace this hose twice due to defective construction of the Nylon Connector and Protective Strain Relief. In both instances these hose parts cracked and failed, rendering the hose useless. I recommend that you change these parts from molded plastic to brass.

I like the hose but my last one only lasted a bit 3 months till I got a hole in the middle. I didn't do the warranty but I'm making sure I do this time around

Love this bc of expanding qualities & lightweightness. Did not register my old hose so am requesting a replacement part on that form so I can use it also.

We've only had them for one day, but have hooked both up and used them. The only issue thus far is that they do not do well on hose reels because of the longer connection pieces. We are working around that and if we need to we will just lay them in our flower beds.

This hose is so light and flexible and it does NOT kink! I should have purchased this kind of hose a long time ago. I purchased 2 and the 75 ft length works perfectly in both the front and back yards. It shrinks up after you turn off the water so be sure to allow all the water to empty out of the hose.

I got this hose because of the size it shrinks down to for storage. Its the size of a 15ft standard hose. Empties easily, seems quite durable for not being rubber. Only complaint is its a bit difficult to get set up after filling, it wants to twist in on itself and wad up. But after only one use im sure there's a trick to it I havent learned yet. Great product so far

Awesome connectors, perfect fit and very easy to attach. Yes the hose is light weight but you can tell just by holding it that the inner liner is of high quality vs all the other expandable hoses I have owned previously. The outer jacket is also very nice. It's not a flimsy low quality generic expandable hose like those sold online or on TV. I highly recommend this product!

I bought the 50 foot and it got a leak up by the hard plastic Home Depot refunded my money and I bought another one because I love how light it is how expandable it is and it gets very small when put away. I hope this one does not leak because I like everything about it otherwise

I've had other expandables and they always burst at the seam. I've warranted two so far and am on third. I am always careful not to drag over cement walks and drain hose when done. I like the seamless construction on this hose. I hope it will last longer than previous hoses.
