Hydrotools: Weighted Half-Moon Pool Vacuum Head

This vacuum head is so easy to use. I love that it is weighted, so I don't have to try to keep it on the bottom to pick up the dirt. It glides on my vinyl liner without any snags.

great value for the price. this doesn't work like your old brush with rollers. this takes more effort to push around and it takes more technique to get it to follow the walls. that being said, once you figure out the right able to push it at, it does the job fine. the nice part is that you're getting the brushing and vacuuming drive at the same time. it's curved shape is also nice for our relatively round pool

I purchase the vacuum price to clean my pool but it was my first time using it and it was not what I wanted so I had to purchase of power vacuum that will pull the dirt off the floor. The brush clean well but it could not pick up all the dirt in the leaves off the bottom of the pool.

Product is decent, but VERY STRANGE delivery. Given a fedex tracking number. The item was set to be delivered the next day according to the tracking number. Around 1:30 the next day I get an email from walmart that the item has been delivered. Never saw fedex or a package anywhere, looked at the tracking, it said delivered, left at garage. WE HAVE NO GARAGE. No package anywhere. No neighbors have it. Open a case with fedex. Never here anything. Just before I was going to contact Walmart after the 2nd day they say to wait, I received the package from, not fedex, but AMAZON PRIME, as a GIFT! The package had our address, correct first name but someone elses last name. We were unsure if were should open it, but ended up doing so anyway to find the missing pool vacuum we ordered!! What the heck is up with this?!?!??!

This vacuum does the job, however it has its issues. As my last vacuum head was a Hayward, I can definitely see quality differences. The color is solid, which doesn't let you see what it's picking up or if it's finished cleaning an area with heavy residue. I found that no matter how hard I press the hose into this, it eventually loosens, which has also happened with my other vacuum head. A few times I've had the entire head come off the pole. There is a small plastic insert that holds the head in that is not large enough imo. I'd give this 3 stars, but the price point makes it a better vacuum head than what I expect.

Very solid and heavy, what I wanted so it will stay underwater. The attachment is plastic and I would like an option to get the correct pole, but there isnt any listed!
