Im currently using it. Its a mild laxative and helps cleanse the body. I have been experiencing a lot of gas and bloating lately therefore this is great to clean things out. However bear in mind you need to be drinking alot of water with this

Started with one pill at night. Went to two pills second night. I went 3 times after the 1st pill so looks like it's working. No stomach issues, felt normal. No cons so far.

I decided I would give this a try while I was home for a few days as I wasn't sure what to expect honestly. I tried this 7 day body reset to help with what I was feeling and how my body was doing overall at that moment. The serving size is 3 capsules - with 14 servings per box. The directions weren't exactly clear in terms of how they listed the doses. It explained taking 3 capsules before bed with food and at least 8 ounces of water and then at the very end it explained the capsule breakdown for each of the 7 days. I think these should really be switched with the daily breakdown of capsules should be above the 3 capsule directions. The first evening I took it about 2 hours before bedtime with water (I did drink more than 8 ounces of water but that is just me personally). It also stated to take it with food - just be mindful of that - So, I did take it at the end of my dinner. The daily breakdown of doses is as follows: Days 1 & 2 = 1 capsule before bed Days 3 & 4 = 2 capsules before bed Days 5, 6 & 7 = 3 capsules before bed
