When I received this drink mix, I was kind of skeptical. I've never used hunger suppressants so I wasn't sure what to expect, would they taste chalky or even work? First off, I was pleased by the taste. It tasted like any other fruit punch mix you add to water, though it took a few minutes to completely dissolve. Take the time to stir and wait for that, and it'll taste even better. Secondly, make sure to read the instructions, as there are two proper ways to use the drink mix: as a hunger suppressant or as a weight loss drink. I chose to use it to suppress hunger, as I always have a hard time in those late afternoon hours, wanting a snack and overdoing it. I followed the directions, still kinda skeptical, and drank the mix with a carb-heavy lunch. And to my amazement, I was able to make it to dinner without snacking, without feeling hungry, without feeling like I was denying myself or "dieting". I'm really pleased with the outcome and will use this in the future.

This is an easy to use weighloss drink. I have not seen drastic results yet but i can confidently say i am able to stay for at 11 hours without wanting food. That to me is progress enough, so far i lost 2lbs of weight. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next coming week.

I've never used an appetite suppressant before so I wasn't sure how these would work. All you need to do is mix the powder with water. Mine took a while to dissolve so I shook it up several times. Once it dissolved, it tasted really good! It did seem to work as I didn't feel hungry for quite a bit.

I wasn't expecting this to taste good but to my surprise it is actually delicious! I waited about 2 hours after taking to see if my appetite would come roaring back as it typically does but while I can eat something, I don't feel ravenous. So I would say it does what it says. Now I can make better food choices because I am not starving.

Hydroxycut has a strong reputation for weight loss. This is the first time I have seen the drink mix. Has a really good taste. I would like to know how they calculated % hunger reduction. Unsure how effective it actually is with only limited use so far/ looking forward to trying more.

I really like the tropical flavor and you can really taste the delicious peach flavor. The powder didn't fully dissolve immediately when I poured the packed in and stirred. It would be nice if the packet corresponded with a 16 oz water bottle to make it more convenient rather than mixing with 10 oz.

I am not a fan of peach but the taste is okay. I normally put my drink mix in a covered container and shake it so i did not have a problem with clumping. What i did have a problem with was it getting thick after sitting for 10 minutes. You have to down it quickly. If you need something like that better off getting Metimucel for the price.
