This allergy protector mattress cover is soft not plasticky and loud like some are . Easy to put on . Recommend this cover for the ease , the feel and price etc

Not a bed bug protector.
I did not realize that this mattress protector did not include protection against bedbugs. It says allergen and dust might proof. Those are pretty small, and bed bugs are bigger. But apparently Hygea has a luxury mattress protector that does include bed bugs. I did not even open the package.

Very disappointed
I am so upset because I put the cover on my bed and the Zipper Broke And I can't Get it off my bed to wash it without ripping it up I would love to exchange for another the purpose of getting this was to be able to take off and put back on wash it. I can't do that. I feel like it was a waste of money.
