Redeemed!!!! Top notch service! When first received wood splitter it had a damaged part, was unhappy and left one star. The vendor reached out and after a month they were able to send a brand new part to replace carburetor. Wood splitter works fantastic. Thank you.

terrible customer service
log splitter is great but showed up with bunch of shipping damage and the party that sold the item had terrible customer service and you get the run around on what to do and get no resolution. all I asked for was new hydraulic line to replace damaged one and they flat out refused it.

missing parts
would have been nice to get the whole order. missing box 2 in order which has the engine, wheels and funnel. i am not a very happy costumer.
