My favorite sleep aid
I like that the sleep aid is all natural. And it leaves no morning groggy feeling like some sleep aids do. I sometimes have a lot of trouble getting to sleep. I take two tablets about a half an hour before bed and sleep really good through the night.

Hylands Calms Forte Sleep aid
I was pleased to be able to order Calms Forte through Walmart Canada since I couldn't find it anywhere else. Perhaps it is not being distributed in Canada any more. I hope Walmart continues to make it available to Canadian shoppers. Thank you!

My Go To Sleep Aid
Works well. No side effects. No groggy feeling in the morning. Easy to swallow, small tablet. It does take about an hour to get me to sleep, but everyone is different. I like that it doesn't interact with other medicines.

Great stuff! Getting harder to find.
Swear by this stuff! Inexpensive, and effective to calm you down so you can rest. No side effects as far as I know. It's getting very hard to find in stores, so grateful that Walmart/Pharmapaks still offers it without price gouging us!

Best Ive found
Its all natural and it works for me. I take 3 when I cant relax and go to sleep. Within no longer than 30 min Im sleeping. And there are no side effects. You can take more, they wont harm you.

Works Wonders
Being a busy mom and trying to stay fit, I often run in the evenings resulting in struggling to fall asleep. Many of the women in the Another Mother Runner training groups recommended Calms Forte and it has WORKED WONDERS! No more tossing and turning or restless nights. I cannot recommend this product enough!
