I've had nerve damage since 1989 and wearing 2 pair of compression stockings and wrapping my thighs in ace bandages for all these years. my legs hurt so bad at night and jerk and spasm all night.i havent had a good nights sleep for decades. i started using thus product last week and am sleeping like a babÿ. its a miracle products. so happy.

works great at resolving the runaway cramps that I get in my calves each night while sleeping. I can take it before bed or while the cramp is in full speed and it eases the pain and knotted muscles FAST! Just dissolve a tablet or two under my tongue, chew, or swallow and consider it done. I go right back to sleep and forget it ever happened.

I have used this product for one year and it works well for me. I put one under my tongue during the night when I have a bout with restless legs. It always works for me.
