The tablets do work. It surprised me. When I have leg cramps I just simply put 3 of those bad boy under my tongue and by the time they are devolved the cramps are better and then completely gone in 5 - 10 min more. Great stuff. I'll keep buying it. but maybe not from this supplier if I can help it.

Hyland's leg cramps tablets
I find Hylands Leg Cramps PM help to keep my legs from cramping up at night. I have been using it for about 6 months now and it do believe it works. I still need to keep dehydrated...drink lots of water during the day.

love this product when I'm having problems sleeping sure to my legs being cramping or restless i just take this medicine and within an hour I've fallen asleep.
