restful sleep
this is so easy to take at bedtime when my legs are tired and I don't want to have any leg cramps. I take the pill %26 then my legs relax so i can get the sleep I need without the pain of leg cramps.

Works Better than Prescription
I take these along with my prescription meds to control my restless legs, although I have to take a larger dose. I don't travel without it.

Great For Restless Legs
Excellent product for nagging leg discomfort. Depending on twitching nerves, muscles severity, 1, 2, or 3 tablets with cold water and you can relax.
