I have anxiety and terrible insomnia. The Hyland's sleep, rest and calm products are so wonderful. They relieve much of my anxiety, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility so that I can actually get some rest. It eases my anxious thoughts so that I can relax and drift off to sleep. You need to remember this bottle of Sleep by Hyland's is a homeopathic medication. It goes to work within 30 minutes due to letting it melt under your tongue. I have many health issues and i'm required to take prescription medicine for sleep. I always add Hyland's sleep 2 tablets every night. If i get 3 1/2 hrs. sleep in 24 hours it's a Godsend. If you're having trouble sleeping i recommend you try this product first before starting on a prescription sleep medication.

I bought this for my husband who frequently has trouble going to sleep or staying asleep. He said they didn't do much for him. Basic Benadryl works better.
