I bought this to help me exercise, since I hardly walk at all. This bike forces me to pedal and I just love it. It was almost completely assembled in the box and within minutes I was riding it ( I should've waited to fully charge the battery, but it had an 80% charge so I went for it ). With the large tires and shocks the rides smooth and when pedaling in high speed it moves pretty good! Tons of fun for young and old… I wish I got a larger bike (26” wheels) because I'm 5'10” and the larger bike would be more comfortable for me, but I'm really happy with this one and it's very comfortable to ride. I added lights so I can ride at night and it's a blast! The compartment under the seat holds everything I need plus a bottle of water.
great starter bike the seat may not be for everyone depending on the person ,also you have to pedal at least very slow to get the motor going if you stop pedaling it will stop too not automatic but still great on distance and speed great budget starter bike.
I love it, yes, its a bycicle. If you expect more well, your dumb. the fastest you can go with the fastest option is 18mph. You do have to be pedaling it but i like it that way. its assisting you as you go so it doesnt accelerate its self. Its got big wheels, perfect for offroad and everything really 10/10 would recommend
We are having a great time with this bike! I was hoping it would fit my grandson who is about 4'6”, but he needs to do just a little more growing. My daughter in law and I are loving it although it's a little short for her. I'm 5'4” and it's perfect for me. This is our 2nd Hyper brand bike and we are very pleased with the quality and design. This bike is a perfect way for older people to get back into cycling. It's so easy and fun!
I was very pleased with the e bike. Fairly easy assembly. My first e bike, and it is just right for me!!❤️
I like this bike for the price, that said - the front brakes literally do not work. Only the rear brakes work. Noticed this immediately .It's extremely dangerous and now I am a bit frustrated
its good but the shifter bracks real easy and after a while like 3 moths the moter gose out
I ordered two bikes, one bike. the front fork was welded crooked so the tire won't even go on. the second bike worked for 3 hours. now it's just a pedal bike
I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. After the e-bike failed to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told the package could not be located. I was instructed to cancel the order, and the extended warranty I had purchased was canceled as well. Several weeks later, the e-bike unexpectedly showed up—but it arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service again, I was told I could not return the damaged item, and I was charged for it anyway. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. The shipping issues, cancellation process, damaged delivery, refusal to accept a return, and lack of support left me with no confidence in either Walmart's handling of this purchase or the third-party vendor's customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this e-bike through Walmart or this vendor. I expected much better customer service and support when a product arrives damaged through no fault of the customer. Rating it poor does not do it service. I rate it do not buy this product and deal with this 3rd party that Wallmart uses. Also I have never wrote a review like this before in all of my life.
Loses power, not made for adults. Peddle assist works intermittently. Disappointing after owning a ZuGo. The only good thing is it is lightweight and sporty looking. Would not recommend for anyone over 5'2. Might be a good bill for a child you don't want going over 10mph.
