We purchased the hyper mountain bike from Sam's Club and we're glad we did. It's been very enjoyable to use. It allowed my daughter, wife and I ride our bikes more now. The power assist that we get from the electric motor makes it a breeze managing the different terrain and inclines. And at flat areas, the high speed setting makes coming back home a breeze especially when you've gotten your exercise for the day and now ready to head back home to end the enjoyable bike day. We're now saving up so we can purchase another one soon.
We LOVE these bikes! They are easy to ride, easy to charge- I would highly recommend. They have 3 different assist modes to help get up hills!
Great bike easy to assemble and came on time only draw back was the tires are pretty cheap , otherwise very happy
Very good and powerful enough for me, also relatively light weight for an e-bike
There were no written reviews of this bike before I bought it, but based on some independent research I did I decided to take a chance on it and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The bike itself if pretty heavy, almost 50 lbs, but once you turn on the battery and engage the petal assist it rides like a dream. I use this bike to tow a bike trailer and dog that weigh 65 lbs combined and with the petal assist it was even easier than riding my regular street bike alone. I've only ridden a couple of times, so I can't comment on the battery life, but on a 8 mile ride the battery only depleted less than half. For a budget ebike I'd highly recommend!
What a fun bike to ride. Easy to ride and feels very powerful when you turn on assist. Have ridden it a few times for 20 miles each and power is holding up. Wish the handlebars had more room for accessories. Love it and didn't break the bank like the other bikes I have seen. Two thumbs up!
Really fun bike to ride. Easy to assemble and has plenty of power. Only issue is not a lot of room on the handle bars for mirror or accessories. And I wish It had the option to raise the handle bars up.
Is ok gears jump is a ok starter eletric bike for the price i guess
Buyer beware! We bought two of them from Sam's Club. They were very easy to put together. We were so excited to go and ride them together; however only one of the batteries would power on. Apparently, we have a defective battery. I have relentlessly attempted to contact someone at the 1-866-204-9737 phone number with no success. My next course of action is to return it to Sam's Club. The eBike is utterly useless without a working battery. The one working battery is interchangeable between both bikes but that defeats the purpose of being able to ride together.
Display doesn't work. Company sent me a new one, with no instructions on how to install it.
