It is the perfect size for normal household use. It holds plenty of air. It isn't silent but I have used much louder.

It has smaller dimensions than a pancake compressor and a lot lighter. Because of the size it looks like its main purpose is for airing up tires and light duty work. It has a max PSI of 150 and 1.8CFM but the tank is only .6 gallons. I've used it to air up tires and for finishing nail guns but I haven't tried a framing nail gun on it yet. It doesn't have a built-in hose so you will need an external one. There is also a small storage compartment to store your air blow and other small tools for the compressor. Definitely something to consider if you need a small portable or space saving compressor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hyper Tough…or Hyper AWESOME!!! Wow I was very skeptical about this product, when it arrived I was like no way this will work. Welp I was definitely wrong! The installation alone was so easy I was left pondering… is that it??? The wall mount is definitely good quality and durable enough to hold the weight of the compressor, I do advise use some strong wall anchors or screw it into the studs. Operating the Hyper Tough compressor is pretty straightforward if you have used a compressor before, for the new folks PLEASE read the manual. The noise level is bearable definitely quieter than any other compressor I've ever owned or been around. PRACTICALITY the fact that I can mount it on the wall in the garage out of the way of my cars and tools is clutch, the fact it's PORTABLE makes it ideal to move around for those hard to reach places without having to worry about weight.

It's up and out of the way and if you do have to move it, it has a nice handle, comes off the mount easy and it's light weight. It'll run a small nailer no problem but if you use it for anything else it runs didn't the tank really fast, but pretty much what you would expect. A little noisy in tight spaces but quieter than others I have used.

Its pretty loud which i mean is to be expected but the biggest thing i didnt like is where the ring is to drain the excess air so it doesnt rust inside. Ypu cant grab it woth your fingers you have to use pliers. Also wish it wasnt only wall mountable makes it necessary to need two. Itd be better if you could detach it and it was still freestanding.
