Hyper Tough, 10.50" x 7.50" x 1.25" Easy Care Tool Set, 6 Piece

I bought it for the pliers and wrenches. Mine have been borrowed away, so at this price, why not get them all at once. They are heavy, stiff and still greasy. I've used the channel locks, the tin snips, and the screwdrivers—they feel solid in my tiny hands.

Everyone should have basic tools around the home so I bought this little tool kit for a friend as a housewarming. It's a nice little starter kit with the most basic things like screwdrivers and wrenches. It didn't come with a case but the box itself is thick and sturdy so they just toss the tools back into it. The box felt really heavy so I was surprised that the tools were lightweight. I was worried they wouldn't work well because they lacked the heft but they held up to a small cabinet assembly job no problems. I don't know what material is used, but the handles felt like plastic. Maybe that explains why it's so light? I've used the Hyper Tough brand before and generally it's been good quality. I find their prices to be more reasonable than the big national brands.

I had an incomplete tool bag with missing key tools. This tool set made the bag complete and I can now use and store the kit. I advised the household when using a tool return the tool to the bag so we don't end up like before.

These are good,strong tools for the average person needing to do repairs or hobby use. Don't let them get wet, as all tools, they will rust if left outside overnight or left wet during rain.

I got one of those cheap clearance $10 tool kits a while back. this was a nice addition to cover the things that it didn't include.

The tools work fine. I got them individually in a plastic throw away peace so I couldn't rate a lot of that, but the tools are fine
